When Booking A Party, We Ask For An Estimate Of Number Of Children & Adults Who Will Be Attending.

We Understand That Numbers Can Change But Do Ask That Exact Number Attending Are Confirmed ASAP & At Least 24 Hours Prior To Party.

Whilst We Will Do Our Best To Accomodate, We Can’t Guarantee That An Increase In Numbers On The Day Can Be Catered For As We Operate Every Play/Party Experience On Limited Numbers & Spaces May Be Booked Out.

If Numbers Reduce On The Day, Payment Is Still Taken For Spaces Held As We Are Prevented The Reasonable Opportunity To Fill These Spaces.

– Completed Booking Form Plus €75 Non Refundable Deposit Required By Cash / Credit Card / Cheque / Bank Transfer To Secure Booking

– Booking Is Only Confirmed Once Receipt For Deposit Is Issued By Us

(We Are So Grateful To Have A Wonderful Relationship With Schools Throughout Ireland & Our School Tours Do Sell Out. For This Reason & To Be Fair To All, We Kindly Advise That Deposit Must Be Received Within 3 Working Days Of Submitting Booking Form & That Dates Can’t Be Held Beyond This Period Of Time)

– Numbers Attending Must Be Confirmed At Least 1 Week Prior To School Tour Date. This Is The Number That We Prepare & Charge For. Invoice Will Then Be Sent With Balance Remaining Due Prior To The Day Of Your School Tour

– All School Tours Are Educational, S.T.E.A.M Based Play Experiences (Based Upon Our I.C.E Rooms) & Are Tailored To Age Group Attending & Are Suitable For All Pre School / Montessori / Primary School / Home School Children Of All Ages, Abilities & Imaginations

– Full Access To Playtown Tullamores Miniature Town Play Experience Is Included Throughout At No Extra Cost

– Please Kindly Note That Hot / Cold Food Requests Outside Of Packed Lunches Must Be Ordered Through Us Directly & Not Arranged Through Any 3rd Party For Consumption Within Our Facilities.

– Start Time Agreed Upon When Confirming 1 Week Prior To Tour Is Final. Please Note That Should You Arrive Late, We Can’t Facilitate A Later Finish As We Will Have Arranged Staffing Based On Timing Of Your Tour

– Whilst We Are Renowned For Our Cleanliness, Safety & Care For All Visiting Us, Please Do Note That Children Attending Are The Responsibility Of Their Accompanying Teachers / SNA’s / Adults At All Times

– In The Unlikely Event That Under Special Circumstances, A School/Group Needs To Cancel/Amend A Booking, We Kindly Request That We Are Contacted Immediately So As To Give Us The Best Opportunity To Fill Held Spaces & To Facilitate Another School/Group On Our Waiting List. Whilst Deposit Paid Is Strictly Non Refundable, With Sufficient Notice, We Will Do Our Utmost To Facilitate A Transfer Of School/Group Booking Date.

Please Note That Person Making Booking Is Responsible For Ensuring That They Along With All Adults & Children Included In Their Booking Are Aware Of And Are Agreeing To All Of Our Rules / Terms & Conditions.

If You Or Any Member Of Your Party Are Feeling Unwell Such As Covid 19 / Cold & Flu Like Symptoms Or Are Currently Expected To Be Isolating/Restricting Your Movements, We Would Kindly Request & Insist That You Do Not Visit Playtown Tullamore & The I.C.E Rooms In The Interest Of All Of Our Guests Some Of Whom May Be Vulnerable.

We Have Several Rules/Notices Throughout Playtown Tullamore & The ICE Rooms And Kindly Insist That All Adults Ensure Adherence To These As Well As All Requests From All Members Of Our Team.

We Continuously Tidy & Clean Throughout The Day As Well As Deep Cleans & Spray/Fogger Sanitisation For 30 Minutes Before & After Each And Every Play/Party Experience. To Facilitate Same, We Kindly Ask That All People Leave After Their Allocated Play / Party / School / Group Experience.

Whilst We Do Accept All Forms Of Payment Including Cash, Card Payments Are Preferred For Hygiene Purposes

Changing Facilities Are Available And We Kindly Request That These Are Used And Children Are Not Changed Outside Of These Facilities Inluding In Seating / Play Areas.

Bookings Cancelled By Us Due To Government Covid 19 Measures Are Replaced With New Available Booking Date & Time Of Your Choice Or A Gift Voucher Of Same Value.

We Have A Strict Policy Of No Outside Drink Or Food Permitted And Appreciate & Insist Upon Adherence To This. The Only Exception Is That We Allow You To Bring Your Own Cake With Our “Playtown Party” Option Only* (*Option Not Available With “Build A Party” Option)
